Joshua Tree real estate slows down as sellers get off the 'Airbnb bandwagon'

When Bryan Wynwood got his start as a real estate agent in Joshua Tree 20 years ago, it was just “a rural, dusty little town” with access to the still newly established Joshua Tree National Park. But it didn’t take long before LA residents, many in the entertainment industry, started to explore the area beyond Palm Springs and put down roots, embracing the desert community as a beautiful, more affordable place to live.
